The meeting is nearly over, just one dinner together.
We discussed the methodology from our very different point of views, agreed to one version we are going to prepare, translate and publish. The methodolgy will contain self assessments, including development planning and self evaluation and a description of assessment centres. It will be ready in September 2008.
At the end we saved some time for a short visit to Knossos Palace.

I started early in the morning, had breakfast with Zacharias at Galway airport, stayed four hours at Dublin airport because the flight to Paris was delayed, therefore I missed my flight from Paris to Barcelona and at the end my luggage were lost somewhere.

But Galway is a nice place to be ( despite of the rain) and we had a great and constructive meeting!
Thanks to Kathryn again and hope to see you all in April next year.

Yesterday, on the first meeting day, we discussed the structure of the catalog and try to find the right words for decribing strategic competencies. It was not easy because some words and phrases are misunderstandable and not clear if you translate them into your mother tongue. But at the end we have got it!

A very deep discussion about the significance of strategic competencies in each country :-)

While I am preparing the tasks for the third meeting I had an deeper look at our project weblog.

Shame on me that I did not blog so much here but on the other hand, I made the most entries :-)
 I decided to change that situation, maybe some other will follow ??
